EP Chvaletice sro is a company with a long tradition of engineering production. The company is located in the Pardubice region – 2 km east of Chvaletice on the Kolín – Přelouč – Pardubice route. The company has long been focused on custom production according to customer documentation and renovation of parts, mainly for the energy and mining industries.
EP Chvaletice sro focuses on custom production based on customer design documentation and renovation of machine parts. We have experience in the energy sector, heating industry, the production of handling and construction equipment, the production of frames for work machines, conveyors and especially steel structures for technological equipment.

Cutting and burning

Working
Carousel lathes, horizontal boring machines and milling machines for machining large-sized parts
Welding
Modern MIG/MAG and TIG technologies from the FRONIUS and CLOOS brands, ensuring high quality welds for demanding applications.
Heat treatment
Electric and gas furnaces designed for annealing and stress relief of materials, with temperatures up to 960 °C.
Surface treatments
A blasting box and a fully equipped paint shop for wet painting of large structures and weldments weighing up to 20 tons.
