Machinery equipment for metalworking at EP Chvaletice enables complete processing of projects from material cutting to final surface finishing. We use plasma and CNC cutting machines, band saws, hydraulic and mechanical presses, press brakes, vertical lathes, horizontal boring machines, annealing furnaces, a blasting box and a paint shop. Thanks to our wide technological background, we can process standard parts as well as large structures for demanding industrial applications.

High-quality machinery equipment for metalworking is the basis of precise, efficient and reliable production. EP Chvaletice s.r.o. has technologies for material cutting, forming, pressing, machining, welding, heat treatment and surface finishing. This allows most production steps to be carried out within one facility.
For material cutting, we use plasma and portal CNC cutting machines that allow us to process sheets of different thicknesses and formats. Band saws support production when cutting profiles, round bars and other metallurgical semi-finished products. Further forming is handled by rolling machines, bending machines and presses.
In machining, we have capacity for small, medium and large components. Vertical lathes, boring machines, milling machines, drilling machines and grinding machines allow precise machining of components for energy, mining equipment, engineering assemblies and steel structures.
Our equipment also includes annealing furnaces, a blasting box and a paint shop for final surface treatment. This allows us to complete the product not only in terms of dimensional accuracy, but also in terms of durability, surface protection and readiness for assembly or operation.
